Thank you for shopping with Disclosure Division. We work to process and ship all orders as accurately and quickly as possible.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Disclosure Division is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. Disclosure Division is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, but we will do our best to help you file a carrier claim or locate the shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@disclosuredivision.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
