Refund Policy

At Disclosure Division, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • be in its original condition
  • include any original packaging, if applicable

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

  • items marked final sale
  • gift cards
  • worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by us
  • custom or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@disclosuredivision.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to request a return
To start a return, email support@disclosuredivision.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production or fulfillment. Once processing has started, we may not be able to cancel the order.
